We met during induction week when we both started the same job together. We immediately hit it off and realised that we had just about everything you can possibly think of in common. We became best friends in no time spending most of our time together until Anthony hadd to return to Australia. We have kept in touch, talking every day by email, phone and playing games together online. We have both started to develop a love for cooking and food at the same time also so we have decided after much discussion to chronicle our journeys online and share them with you all. I expect they will be influenced in different directions by our cultures, where we live, what ingredients are available and our own circumstances and tastes, but they are likely to stay similar also because we talk so much about food and love it the same.
